Did you induce lactation? Help me out!

Please go here and answer my questionaire.  I am putting together a blog to inform mothers about inducing lactation.  Maybe they are having a baby through a surrogate, or adopting, or perhaps they never breastfed their baby or stopped early and want to start back up.  If you have experienced this or know someone who has, help me and some other mothers out.  You can view the survey at the link, it is very short and simple.
