Today several yummy things are happening. This morning I went to a yoga/pilates class and now I feel super rejuvenated about my weight loss journey. It was groovy.
Now, all three children are at school for a few brief hours and I am absolutely enjoying the silence. Wow. I have time to take a good long walk on a beautiful day, or go read a dang book. I can either create an awesome tempeh salad, or go to the local seafood restaurant for lunch with my grandmother.
I requested every Tuesday and Thursday off just for this purpose--to have these hours when I'm not pressured to go to work, when the kids are all out and I have a good break, and to free up days to do something really special like my yoga class.
Last week I got divorced, and this week I'm feeling better than I have in years.
Now I get off computer, yah?
