surgery for EllieJean

EllieJean is gettin surgery on her eyes on november 19th. Her wires got crossed some how and the muscles are to strong in her eyes. So when she looks right her left eye goes blind and when she looks left her right eye goes blind and this has been going on since she was a baby. she her whole life when she looks to the sides she goes blind in either eye. which is really bad. so the eye doc needs to go in and relax the muscles so that this stops happening. I am so scared but its the only way they can fully fix it other wise it could end up worse or it will never go away. It scares me so much her going into surgery but I know this is for the best so that she can stop going through this imagine 50% of the time being blind and in the dark its scary. It messes with her deaf perception. and the doc said after she will fall less and walk into things less. and its better to get it fixed now then when she is older. well thats all for now I described it the best I could keep us in your prays

I will pray for her!  Definitely best to get it corrected now, although it doesnt make it any less scary for you :(

How old is your daughter? The younger they catch the problems, the better the chances are for correction. I am legally blind in one eye and have no depth perception. I feel for your baby girl. I hope the surgery works wonders for her. It would be so awesome for her to actually see the world in a whole new view! Best of luck!
