Udder Cover

Let's put aside the fact that I am against the covers altogether or that I hate it that they have pretty models on their website instead of real moms... I sincerely do not understand why those things are so popular? I see moms talking about them in several groups that I go to. WHY would anybody want to buy from somebody who is calling their breasts  an udder?? I am not a cow or a goat and I shudder ever time I come across that name!

My first languauge is Russian. And in Russian if somebody is calling your breasts and udder he is really really trying to offend you and is totally asking for a big smack on the face at least. Not the same here, is it?

Laughing hard on this one! I'm sure the creators just thought they were being "cute" and weren't aiming for offensive....right up there with "hooter hiders". I actually used similar ones in the beginning when my modesty was in check or around people that were ignorant or whatever. Of course as she got older she was NOT going to have anything blocking her view of the world and I certainly could care less what others think nos when i am NOURISHING my child!!!

I got a nursing cover as a shower gift from my sister, I don't use it. Anyway, I have never heard of an udder cover and I'd hate for someone to refer to my bbs as udders! wow! maybe it is supposed to be funny to lighten people up who are nervous about BFing? As is the purpose of a cover I imagine...maybe?

I am not a cow, nor do I have udders!

lol I 'd be pissed if someone called my "girls" udders!!  Of course I'm a farm girl and would smack the crap out of them!

  I don't cover anyway.... lol

you're right, Changra, hooter hiders  is the same exact thing! I understand they are trying to sound funny,,, but it is not cute at all... Just rude. I bet you a man came up with those 2 names :(
