He sure does,  He hears all prayers, it may not be what you expected but it is like the time we were young ones and we asked our parents for things.  Remember not all things they granted, because they either protected us from what we can't see through their own experiences.  God is strong and loving. he only wants whats best and it is when we are struggling he holds more tighter on to us.  We must let him guide us instead of us trying to, Let Go and Let God
