Okay, quick question. The best time for me to exersize is in the morning when I only have the 2 little ones. We go for a 40-60 minute walk right before going to pick my 3 year old up from preschool (we walk from 10:30ish - 11:30ish am). Now, when I looked only it said that that will burn a lot of carlories. Now whether with that or any other exersize, if i do it in the morning, i haven't eaten much so at that point i don't have much calories to burn. the most is from lunch or dinner, and i don't have time to exersize then. my question is, does my body keep burning calories long after the walk, or does it only burn the calories from before the walk? (sorry if this is a stupid question, but i am not smart with exersize and dieting, but i am really trying here.) also, is it possible to lose 2lbs in 2 days? at my dr's appt on tue they weighed me at 149 (with no shoes, no sweaters, just reg clothes) and at WIC this morning they weighed me at 147 (no shoes, no sweater, just rewg clothes).

Well, as far as I understand it, your body is still working long after you have worked out. it's important from what I read to drink a glass of water first doing excerise. But from my understanding is it is still buring off fat. I maybe wrong (I'm DEFINITELY no expert). I've just researched it and read magazines on working out.
