Do you know that absolutely everything in your life flows out of your thoughts?  It's true!  Your thoughts are the ‘command center' of your life.  You have to realize that you simply cannot straighten out your life until you straighten out your thoughts.  The more positive you are in your thinking, the more positive your life will become.

RULE:  As you think, so you are!

One of the first things you have to do here is let go of the past - your past and your family's past.  Have you ever heard anyone say something like this?   "I'm never going to be able to get along with my sister.  My mother didn't get along with her sister and my grandmother didn't get along with her sister.  I can't change it.  It's just the way it is."  Substitute any subject.  The result is the same. If you think like this you never will get it, whatever ‘it' is!  ‘It' could be losing weight, getting married, having a good marriage, getting a bigger, better what's-it.  It doesn't matter.  If you think you can, you will.  If you think you can't, you've already lost.

Don't buy into the lie that you cannot change what you think.  You may not ever be able to stop those negative thoughts from popping into your head, but you can control where they go from there. When you realize you are thinking about how wrongly you have been treated, you can choose to let it go.  As soon as you catch it, stop it!  Say OUT LOUD, "No!  I will not go there.  I will not dwell on that.  I am letting that go.  I can achieve (insert your goal).  I will be positive."

One of the first things you have to control is your past.  Embrace this thought:  Your past DOES not determine your future!  You may be where you are today because of your past, but if you think you can change, you've already changed!

Think about what you are thinking about.  The more positive your thinking, the more positive you become.  Keep an attitude of victory.

You can achieve Living Casually!

I popped over to your page b/c you commented on my little plant markers.  (thanks -glad you liked)  What you are saying is so true.  Why not think of something good, something to be thankful for when those negative thoughts come up.  It's so easy to focus on the negative, it takes a bit of effort ,but yes changing your thoughts to something positive is sooo worth it.  Being outside seems to help me.
