Last night was my 10 year high school reunion.  Oh how time flies!  It was really fun to catch up with everybody, although I think Facebook has changed the scope of reunions forever.  It's less of a surprise with the big details in people's lives because you know most of the details from Facebook.  While it was a lot of fun, most conversations are pretty much the same.  "How are you doing?  Good.  Where do you work?  Here.  Are you married?  Yes.  Do you have kids?  No."  That was pretty much it all night long.  I got to repeat my story about my 4 kids, surrounded in a world of baby blankets, feedings, nap times, Thomas the Tank Engine and other baby items.

A lot of my friends are pursuing intersing careers.  I noticed that several have entered the medical profession and go to work wearing these every day.  While they are career minded, I am looking at managing my household well.  I guess it's just a different perspective.

Some people stay the same.  Some change a lot.  Thank goodness for name tags!  I got to have a few deep conversations with good friends, but most were just casual.  I guess I know what to expect when the 15 or 20 year rolls around.
