So, today was the big test. Can I keep the routine on the weekends?
Well.. yes and no. I'm still eating properly, but I decided some hubby fun time and an hour and a half at the grocery store will have to do for the bulk of my exercise. I might go later, but it's raining and I don't want to get my PSP wet... I might just go anyway. Typing this is making me feel guilty.
Eating has been going pretty good. I had a teeny piece of thin sliced steak last night. I can't for the life of me figure out how many calories it had it it. I need one of those food scales so I can see how many ounces it was. But it was really really thin sliced bottom round. Very little fat. It didn't put me over 1400 anyway.
I haven't been eating as much today, but still putting food in my mouth. Just the calories are really low. I'll make up for it a little with dinner. I'm making tacos. Healthy tacos that is. = )
That's about all. I think I'll drag my familia out for a walk after dinner. = )

Hey, lean steak is important when you are working out- you need to eat protein to help build those new muscles you are making.(that is what the soreness is about.) taking a break and doing *ahem* other activities is also important!! Plus- you work different muscles lol ;-P
