I've made it a week. Seven days. And I've stuck to the plan.
I'm not stopping now, either.
I went for my walk today, and it felt good. I took my daughter this time. She's usually at school when Liam and I go. Little guy stayed home with dad.
Ben also killed the PSP battery this morning, soooo no music. It's okay though. It only made the walk seem a LITTLE bit longer.
Still burns. I can't wait til going for a half hour walk doesn't make me winded. I can't wait til I can jog. = )
Baby steps.
Food is going.. okay. My snacks keep getting left out. I don't know why, it's just really hard for me to eat so much. I keep coming in closer to 1000 calories than 1400. I guess it's something I'm really going to have to work on.
Some days I wish I could just eat one meal. And that meal would be a giant bag of Tims Cascade Style Jalapeno Chips. Ugg they sound so good right now.
Oh well. I guess I'll try those sweet potato fries every one says are so great. I bought a sweet potato this week.
I'll let you know how it goes.
Congrats to me on a week! Here's to making it two!

You are doing great :D!!
the PP is right about `1000 calories being starvation though, especially when birning 2-3k per day! So definitely work harder on that, even adding a few pieces of fruit randomly through the day WILL help that!

You really need to eat more than that- ot your body will think it is starving and go into conservation mode and you won't lose anything...
just don't eat the chips!!;-)- at least- not until you can actually just eat a serving..
Nutrition is my hobby.. ask me if you have any ??s..
portion control can work against you.. make sure you are eating enough to fuel your body!! You are doing GREAT!! Inspiring me- I hiked on Friday- I journaled it but hubby came along and erased it on accident..
