Ok the first picture is my daughter when she is happy and healthy....

The second picture is when she was really sick for months.  The doctors could not find what was wrong, they treated her for pink eye, numerous infections, they even told me she most likely had a brain tumor.

She was miserable, slept all the time, couldnt even open her eyes most days due to her face being so swollen.

The doctors did an MRI and found absolutely nothing.  After treating her for 3 months for all sorts of different things, we stopped taking her back.  We took a different approach on it.  We started using healthier products and eliminating things from her diet that could be the cause.  Common foods known to cause allergies were all eliminated(her brother is allergic to peanuts) Nothing was making a difference for a while.  She was only a year and a half old, but we comepletely cut milk out of her diet.  No organic kind, no soy, not dairy milk....ALL MILK was cut out and she got better.

I have never saw milk(its just milk, she can have cheese, yogurt, ice cream and no reaction) do something like this.

Any similar stories or insight on this?

I'm allergic to milk myself and have been since about 3 years old. What happens to me is exactly 3 days, to the day you can mark it on the calender, after drinking milk (eating cheese or whatever) I would come down with severe strep throat and a high fever and need antibiotics. I just turned 28 last week. I still can't really drink milk or eat alot of dairy but if I eat 1 slice of cheese on a sandwich every few days I'm usually ok. Hope this helps...if not maybe you should see a allergist!
