So tonight is the start of my 2nd week at boot camp. There was 3 classes last week and boy oh boy did I ever have a hard time walking all week!! My poor body was in shock!! LMAO!!
I am planning on getting there early today so I can finish ALL the warm up before class starts. I already feel better. And am starting to get used to the Zone again. Its not really a diet, but a change in eating habbits. So evolving back to that is probably the hardest part of this all.
Still no change in weight, but its not been too long so I will not be too hard on myself. Havent had but 2 lattes in a week...you should be proud :) I am the energy drink/latte queen around here...the first days were tough, by the end of the day I had a bit of a headache. But lately Me and my Smart water have been hangin out :)
