InStyler Rotating Iron

I decided to give the InStyler a try... First, I have a lot of hair, but extremely fine and absoutely NO natural body at all (You can visit my page to see how I style my hair, I still wear it the same)... as well a few really funkie callocks. I am definately one of those that CANNOT go with out good product, a hair dryer, and a good round brush... Yeh ain't pretty LOL -
So I figured this would be a really good device to try on my hair, since sometimes I do use a regular, very large barrel curling iron, let's see how it will compare.
I ordered my InStyler online (only place I believe you can get it), with the website telling me it would take at least four weeks for delivery. I was very pleased when it arrived only one week later. The special I chose was thru www.getinstyler.com, $14.99 Trial Offer is for two (2) InStylers® for 30 days. After 30 days, do nothing and keep BOTH InStylers® for just three monthly payments of $39.99. The second InStyler® is FREE!! (plus S&P) - I figure pretty good deal considering that a good salon grade iron runs the same amount for just one.
I read all the instructions and helpful hints, and really was pretty excited to get started. It recommends clean hair, and am assuming no product, which it does not mention anything about using it with styling product in your hair. With my very challenged hair, I do not go without my specific styling foam, so I used the InStyler with styling product in my hair. I washed and blow dried without worrying about style, and went to work styling with the InStyler.
If you are use to using a round brush for styling, the InStyler will be easy for you to use, well it was for me. I did have to figure out the proper amount of time to do sections of hair, but have to say the InStyler really does a very nice job. My hair is much more natural looking, took me half the time needed as with a round brush, so, good KUDOS. I really like it. Great volume, great shaping, did not burn my hair (can imagine it would if left on one area to long). Very light weight, and I really liked how I didn't have to hold my hair dryer for times on end while using my round brush, so thinking it is much better on my hair.
Above I mentioned how InStyler sends you two irons. At first I thought that was kind of odd, however, after thinking about it, here is my take on things. First, not really knowing how long the InStyler will last, or any problems that it may have in the future, my assessment is this. If you regularly use a round brush that has the nylon or natural boarhair bristles, you know that with heat, these bristles do wear, become brittle, and pretty much melt away. So my logic is the same deal with the InStyler. I can't say for sure since I have only used my InStyler 2 times, but am thinking this may be a concern in the future. Really to hard to say at this point. I will be researching the warranty aspect later.
So with that said, I really do like the InStyler, have found my hair styler of choice, and am really happy I decided to give it a try. If you have been considering it, I would say Go For It!
UPDATE: I have tried all 3 heat aaettings, With really fine hair, like mine, the lower heat setting is best - you still get amazing volume and shine...
Comments:
Hi Andrea, you should become their marketing director. LOL.
I bought it about 9 months ago or so and I love it. It take me about 6 minutes to do my hair. Give it shine.
This product is easy to use. ..and i love my back up second set in case this one ever breaks.
