My brother purchased tickets to take my children to a concert in Minn last month as an early xmas gift. My son purchased a ticket on your bus line to go from Cedar Falls where he goes to college to Mason City to meet my brother and my daughter along the way so they wouldn't need to drive out of their way to get him. Today, he arrived in plenty of time back to catch the bus. The time for the bus came and he asked the clerk if there was somewhere special he should wait. This clerk had no idea. He then asked a second clerk who then told him the bus stop was 2........ yes 2 blocks away from where he bought his ticket!!! He started hurrying down the street only to get within a 1/2 block for the bus to pass him.
Now, we only have the choice to drive the extra 3+ hours to get him to go to the concert and be late..... missing part because the tickets were over $150 for the 3 for 4th row center. All could be avoided had YOUR staff properly informed him when he bought his ticket. We will now be out the extra time, gas, loss of time at the concert, etc.
We are also out the ticket that will NEVER be used!
I will NEVER recommend Jefferson Lines to anyone!

After reading this, I think that money should have been refunded to you for that ticket. I would be taking names and kicking tush! Sooo sick about this. Some companies would rather lose customers than just own up to their own mistakes and admit they were wrong and hmmm...idk...REFUND FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE.
