I didn't walk. I didn't really eat.

I had breakfast - two pieces of low calorie bread (90 cals for two slices) and an apple.

Had some problems on here. Been feeling sick ever since.

I don't want to eat. I don't want to do anything.

I hope to be "back on the wagon" tomorrow.

I'm sorry. I hope I didn't let anyone down.

You can only let yourself down. 

Try music, it always helps me , seriously, put on some music and listen.  It calms and helps a lot.

Days like this are going to happen and it's okay.  I sometimes fall for like a week, I'll eat whatever and not exercise, but then I get right back in it.

It's going to happen, but it'll be okay.

Just try again tomorrow.

The most important thing is not let this be more than a speed bump.. I have a tendency to do the I had a bite so may as well eat the whole thing sort of attitude.. Take care of yourself- drink some skim milk or eat some yogurt.

Raw nuts are good too- protein, healthy fats and fiber.. I eat a handful in the am with some fresh fruit and can go for hours..

I'm sorry your having  a bad day :(. But as long as you don't let it get you down you will do fine. I'm proud of you for keeping up the will power to do this. :)
