Oh wow hunny, THANKS! I've never felt so loved by you! Yeah, my husband actually said that to me a few days ago! WTF?! What the hell does infection smell like, anyway? I've had TONS of sinus infections in my life, and I've known plenty of people with them (including my husband) and I STILL don't get what that smell would smell like. He siad that to me like right after a freaking shower! What a way to show love and support when your wife is sick, right? OMG! Sorry, I just had to vent about this.

Well, I have a super sensitive nose. My kids joke that people five houses down can have something bad in their refrigerator and I will smell it. I know what your hubby is talking about. I used to be able to know when my kids were getting a sinus or throat infection by the smell. It is an "old" odor.  It is not horrible, but it is unpleasant.

That's the thing, though! His nose isn't sensitive and he wasn't even that close to me! I'm 5'5" and he's 6'7" so even with him standing right beside me, there's more than a foot from the top of my head to his nose! I think he was just smelling something and assumed it was me. Ugh.

I'd have sprayed my perfume on him and said "ok so i spell like infection, and u smell like ladies perfume! Maybe now u wont think i smell so bad!" LOL
