I HATE medicaid!!!! venting

Omg i freakin hate medicaid. so i applied like 4 months ago after just moving to indiana from ohio and finding out a week later i was pregnant. so i kept calling my caseworker to find out the status on it and she never answered and when i left her multiple messages she never even bothered to return them. all i kept gettin in the mail was i need more info. i sent multiple forms of everything and still heard nothing! ok so i freakin tried to get a dr while it was pending and they said i couldnt until it was approved. so what did i do i waited. ok so today( now that im already 27 weeks along ) i got a letter saying i was denied! DENIED! how the hell did we get denied when hubby was on unemployment(which has ended). then now that he has a job he only makes $1000 a month. we also have our rent which is $635 a month which we have a loan out from my hubbys school for housing that pays $500. but still we barely have enough to pay all our bills and everything else. we also have a 2 yr old. ugh im so mad. i waited and waited and still havent seen a dr. and now im scared my babies going to be born without seeing a dr. i just cant help but cry! i even tried calling multiple clinics and they all said i was too far along. so now what. im screwed. no one will see me. i have no insurance.i have no money to pay for even an appt. i just dont know anymore.

Funny story about Medicaid. This lady came into our clinic to have a pregnancy test done. I guess they wanted proof that she was pregnant. The woman was eight months pregnant, but they still wanted proof. Maybe if she squated out a fetus, they would believe her then.
