One must remember that she has no one to blame, but one's own self, when she forgets about the cup of water she put on the floor and then turns the 8 month old loose.  One cannot get mad at anyone when said baby finds the cup and dumps it all over the floor and then plays in it.  One must remember that her children love water and will make a mess in it every chance they get.  At least the floors were already clean.  At least it was just water.
