Well. For a couple days I was really down. I didn't follow my eating plan - I didn't eat hardly anything at all. I came in at about 600 calories for both days.
Today I ate breakfast, snack and lunch so far. I'm not sure I'll have my fourth snack. I'm thinking of changing it to an after-dinner snack as that's when I get hungry again.
I did a DVD work out instead of walking today.
I'm still rather BLAH feeling, and I just don't feel like going for a walk.
I'm sure it will get better every day. Today is better than yesterday, which was better than the day before, so... yeah. I learned patterns in Kindergarten, so I'm seeing one now. hahaha
Sorry for not following through for a couple days. Hopefully it doesn't become an issue again.

Welcome back lady!
You probably know this but eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking and then every 3-4 hours after that. And don't eat like, 3-4 hours before going to bed.
Set an eating schedule, write it down and stick to it. Umm... try going for things that'll keep you full like peanut butter on whole grain toast.
Anyway, I hope you get to feeling better soon. And don't worry, I'm still your friend. I'm here when you need me, even if you just need to vent.
Oh and journaling everyday, even if you don't anything, truly helps!
