NEED Legal Advice

My brother and step brother were taken by CPS. I want to get them but need help doing it. I heard they are really strict and really would like to have some legal help but cant afford it. If you or someone you know can help let me know. Thanks Geena

You can try to talk with the CPS people to see what you need to do or the Dept of Child Services.

 I would think all you would have to do is call CPS and tell them you are family and are interested in taking in your brother and step brother. I am not sure how long your brother or step brother have been with CPS-but CPS usually always wants reunification with family members. I would think they could help you.  They should tell you the steps you need to take in order to get custody of your brother and step brother.
