Seasoned Taco Beef, a Taco Bell clone ~

  • ¼ c Flour
  • 1 Tbs. Chile Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Minced Onion
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder

Whisk these ingredients together well then work into the meat thoroughly. Add ½ cup of water to the skillet, add meat, mix and brown. A little pasty in texture but that is how the Bell makes it. Use this in all your taco, burrito dishes. The key is using enchilada sauce as the "taco sauce".

Potato Skins ~ Need I say more...

  •   1/3 c. Sour Cream w/1 Tbs. Chives
  •   4 Large Potatoes
  •   Melted Butter
  •   1 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar
  •   Bacon, crumbled

Bake up the potatoes in the microwave ahead of time.  Cut in half and scoop out some of the center of the potato.  Brush inside and out with butter.  Broil in oven for six minutes (or bake at 400 for 20 minutes).  Remove and fill each with cheese and top with bacon.  Broil in oven for 2 minutes (or bake for at 400 for 10 minutes) to melt the cheese.  Remove to a platter and top with sour cream and chives!
