I am completely on edge right now. So it's almost 2 in the morning (don't ask why I'm even awake) and I'm having one of those "chucky" kind of moments!!! Everyone is asleep but I'm up watching tv and messing around on the computer when all of a sudden I hear one of my daughter's toys go off. It happens sometimes where things settle on top of each other or they fall and they go off once but not this time. She has this Dora doll house, it opens up and inside the house are little things that you can push or open to hear Dora say something etc like you can push down on the little radio and this little 10-15 second song will play or you can push in the microwave and it'll make this ticking noise like a timer. At first I just chalked it up to settling or perhaps she had pushed a button earlier and it stuck and as it came loose it made the noise........but then it kept talking. It wasn't like it kept saying the same message over and over and over like it was stuck, it was very random. Like I could walk to her room and look inside to see if maybe there was something pressing down on one of the buttons and I'd see and hear nothing but then I'd return to my room and the message would go off really sporadically. This went on for about 5 minutes before I finally got the backbone to approach the doll house and see what was really going on. The refrigerator inside the house was open so I closed it and decided to wait and see if it would go off again. It didn't so it turns out I was freakin myself out. No more scary movies, no more staying up late and no more toys that make noise but just in case I fall out my second story window and there are little bity shoe prints running through the flour in the kitchen, somebody call the cops Chucky was here!! LOL Tis the season I suppose.

replace the batteries. in my experience... if a toy is becoming possessed it's because it needs new batteries.
