Sunday Night 60 minutes- My friend Lance Corpral David Hall ( RIP )

This sunday on 60 minutes will highlight the last moments of my friend Davids life. THe special is focusing on his unit (golf co). If you could please watch this special and know how special every single one of those men ( and women) are who are fighting over there. David will always hold a very special piece of my heart. I know for his family and friends this is going to be especially difficult to watch, as they are showing the final moments of his life. Hopefully and i can pray that it will bring closure and hopefully not to much hurt to everyone.

This is a excerpt from a letter written to david's mother from one of the guys in his unit.

“I observed David’s heroic performance under some of the harshest conditions in a combat environment that I have witnessed in the last 19 years of service. Not a single day went by that he didn’t head the Marines of his squad from the front! His selfless demeanor and genuine concern for his men instilled strength and confidence in every Marine he came in contact with.”

My cafemom friends, This is the type of person we should all know and all be able to love. He was unselfish, Caring, Loving, Bright, Brilliant and most of all a great friend. Please keep this bumped i want as many people to watch this that can. All of the men & women that are fighting this war deserve the most respect& support that we can give them. If it was not for our soldiers past & present we would be in poor shape as a country. There wives and families are dealt a hard deal , I know i have been there my husband is a marine.  Please keep all of there families in your prayers.

I am so sorry about your friend. You are right people need to recognize that we are the country of the free because of the brave.  I am going to watch this for sure.  Thanks
