Yay for Alex! What a big boy!

Okay so Alex and I woke up just a little bit ago and we were playing and singing and then he decided he wanted off the couch so we got down and he took my hand and started walked. He headed right into the bathroom which I thought was amusing. He was expressing interest in the toilet and I didn't want him to play with that so I pulled out the potty chair I had bought a while back, I stripped him and sat him down. After about 30 seconds he started peeing in the potty! I of course cheered for him. The potty plays music so it did it's little number and we clapped! It's his first time sitting on the potty, let alone peeing in it! Its amazing! We cheered some more and washed hands. I got him dressed again and gave him a treat.

My baby boy is not so little anymore! Looks like we have a new trick in our book to work on. I hope he keeps it up! For only being 14 months, I'd say this is pretty fantastic!
