So I had never had kale before but bought some because it was cheap. After getting home I started searching for something to do with it and came across Kale Chips...
1 Bunch of kale
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Remove the tough stem of the kale
Tare leaves in bite sized peaces
Rinse and spin dry
Drizzle with olive oil
Spread on baking sheet
Sprinkle with salt
Bake in 350* F oven for 10-15 min or until crisp
They taste fantastic (easily replace a potato chip)! My daughter absolutely LOVED them, I don't think I have ever seen her eat so many greens in one sitting. Speaking of which I'm going to make some more =-)
