staying on task is difficult with two young kids and ADD!!!

I sit at the computer to work on my novel and character profiles and end up reasearching 12,000 acre ranches for sale in montana... then Im on here and facebook, and then one of the kids wakes up from their nap and i have to dgo pick the other one up from preschoool.... home, sit the kids in the playroom and sneak down here and manage to finish ONE of TWELVE character outlines.... but progress is progress i guess!

now upstairs again to start making dinner before heading out to train horses and teach a riding lesson.
