Keep Going ...

We have all found ourselves in bad places in our life . It may be a major life crisis or just your day to day rut. But when you find yourself in your own private hell. This is not the time for a pit stop. Do not stop ... buy real estate and start picking out curtains. Keep moving! 

There are many times in the past 45 years I thought life was over or at least I would have liked it to be. The death of my son stands out as one of the worse. The pain was simply so intense I wanted nothing more than to simply quit. At the time I couldn't see how I would ever go on . 

But 

The beauty of life is that change is imminent. No matter how good or bad it is right now , life will keep moving . And so can you . The rate of teen suicide is so high because many times they are unable to see the road of head they have niether the life experience or vision to see that in everyone's life rain will fall, but eventually it will stop ,too. 

If you or a loved one are experiencing a difficult time now . I encourage you to acknowledge your feelings. I am not saying to simply walk around with a fake smile glued to your face. Cry if you want , Vent ....what ever you have to do to get through it . But keep in mind that what ever is happening will end eventually .... 

and KEEP GOING!
