Well, not yet.
Tonight I was watching Secert lives of women, it was one about hostages. TBH: I wasn't even paying attention, I was reading.
But that is beside the point, haha. I was about to change the channel when I see that there is going to be another episode on, so I say WTH I'll stick around and see if it catches my intrest. Well, it just so happens that this one was about extreme weight loss. And it gets me thinking. I have been wanting to lose weight since about the time my daughter turned 1. That is when I noticed that I had let myself go. But life got busy and things never happened.
I am not sure what my current weight is. Last time I was at the Dr. it was over 200, I am going to guess and say that I am at least a good 240. I'm hoping it's less than that though. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow at my moms. Then buy myself a scale on Friday, haha. Before I got preggo, I was about 130-140, somewhere in there. And I would like to get back to that again. I am not sure as to how long I should give myself to reach this goal though, so please any help would be much appreciated.
I am going to make a post about how each week goes and how much I have lost during the week every Sunday night. I am going to start working out at least 3 times a week for 30 mins. I am not really going to cut much out of my eating, well food wise, portion wise yes. I have already cut out any fast food in the last month and lost a pound, I never really drank pop so that was easy to give up as well.
I am going to head to bed now, and hopefully, I will have some encouraging words waiting for me in the morning, as well as any tips anyone may have.

Good Luck. I am trying to lose about 90 lobs myself, and it is a hard road. Keep your chin up high. We have been walking as a group for a couple of weeks and it seems to be helping to keep up the motivation.
