1 low-fat peanut butter granolla bar 100 cal

1 reduced fat string cheese 100 cal

1 bowl of spoon size shredded wheats w/ 2% reduced fat lactose free milk & small amount of honey 350 cal

-----> comments -----> I ate TWO breakfasts! In return, I ate half my calories for the whole day so far since I have to eat 1,200 or less.

------> remedy     ------> The bow of shredded wheats will count as my breakfast, and the string cheese and granolla bar will count as my  "lunch",

------> I feel GREAT and optomistic. I am going to do a workout today.

TOTAL (So Far) =  550 CAL

Sprinkle some sunflower seeds on your cereal and eat some pineapple with it.  It will kick up the weightloss.

Thanks for the tip. Butt in all u want! LOL I will try putting the sunflower seeds, never thought of eating pineapple although I love it.
