I won't post again about this until Sunday, when I will update about how the next few days go for me.
What I want to do with this post is talk about how much better I already feel. This morning I might have woken up tired and cranky, but inside I already feel better and like just thinking about losing weight has lost some weight on me already.
I am also going to post a pic of what I look like now. I think that I might not post one every week, but every other week, just depends. I am going to take a pic right now, with time stamp on it so that I can hold myself accountable for my own wieght loss. I really hope this works.
I will be editing and posting the pic later on today.
