why does my 1 year old daughter is talking long to walk

My youngest daughter was born on August 28,2008 and she is 1 year old and she is learning how to walk she is always crawling with one leg on the floor and the other up, why does it takes her long to walk? And she always do that when i put her on the floor she gets up to try walking by holding on or letting go sometimes but then she gets back down again to crawl well its all good, maybe she would get it later on in the months.

Shes fine, some babies take longer to do things, but shes not late, so just keep encouraging her, maybe get her a walker to builder her confidence, the ones that she pushes along
