I need help with anger management. Any ideas (serious ones please) I need to try something, I am just so angry and frustrated...ALL THE TIME.

Take a walk, read a book, talk things out even if you end up "fighting" with ppl, never let anger stay inside...cry all you need and of course take deep breaths before you burst into screaming[we know when that is].
