Okay now that I've cut my hair SHORT, I really need to lose weight.  My jawline is disappearing and this "look" just isn't working without a jaw line.

Pulling out all my exercises for the waist area, changing my snack routine to water and fruit and what other routine can I add that won't take up much time?

Water, water, water . . . at least 8 glasses a day.  Helps your metabolism along with giving you a full feeling. 

Also, watching portion sizes at meals.  This alone can make a big change.  :-)

Thanks Tess - that's the kind of tip I need (I always forget about water, and the thing about portions...that really works :)
