Make the Pledge

I was touched by a commercial on the USA TV network called Characters Unite: The Pledge.   It was basically saying that if we all together make a pledge to see past color, religion, sexism, sexual orientation, etc. we would live in a peaceful world. 

Maybe it sounds unrealistic, but does it have to be.   I believe we all should take the pledge for unity. 

Its sad in this day and age there is still intolerance for almost anything.   The world has come a very, very long way but there's still a ways to go. 

I Pledge because:  I want my son to grow up knowing it doesn't matter what he is but who is as a person.   Also that all of us in the USA and beyond take this pledge and live by it.
