WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS SYSTEM'

I keep asking myself that everyday the system here in Florida for fostercare adoption sucks we tried to adopt in 2006 a 15y.o. boy we backed out before he was to be placed in our home long story but so many red flags we felt in the best interest of all not to continue with his adoption we were not prepared to deal with his extsreem problems anyway we really had wanted girls this was in our files as well but we went ahead and tried for the boy that did not work out .... well we have been on the back burner for 3 years now when I inquired about another child recently they contacted me and said our files were in the archives what the H I WAS SO PISSED.....I have tried to get the cw to reveiw our file to no avail and I am about ready to give up I think I am going to the head administrater and see if I can get some answers being these cw don't have any reasonable answers as to why we are not being matched anyway please pray we really do want to adopt but having so much hassle getting there Help'''anyone

Florida sucks.  I can't stand that state.  Been there, owned a home there, family still lives there including one of my daughters.   Everything about that state is 'off' somehow.

The whole adoption process sucks. Only in America do you have so many willing and able bodied folks wanting desperately to adopt a child, not just a baby, but any child to love and you have to wait years and jump thru so many legal hurdles just to do so. These children are the ones to lose. They need to hoe out their current system and find one that works for these kids. Good luck.
