My husband is an addict at stop smoking programs. He's tried so many of them, he should be in the Guinness book of records. Some people just seem to have a much harder time at stopping his habit of smoking. His latest attempt involves joining a gym. He's always wanted to join a gym, and my son has joined as well so they can go together and have an exercise buddy. This gives my husband an extra incentive to keep it up. Plus, being in good shape appeals to him. So, he's once again attempting to quit smoking so his money can go towards his gym membership, which is a much better investment than cigarettes.
Because he travels with his work, and his work is very stressful, he has had an even harder time quitting smoking. The great thing is that these gyms "Anytime Fitness" have popped up in all the areas he works, so he has access to them everywhere instead of just when he's home, which is seldom here lately.
I'm excited for him, and I hope you will all join me in prayer that this works.
God bless you,
Shawnee
