Dealing with 2 Autistic Kids

I am very upset because are neighbors don't understand about Autism. Every neighbor we get we explain to them that we have 2 Autistic kids. But at first they said they understand but reality they don't, because we are always get complain about us.. They want us to keep our kids quite but it is very hard. It is very heart broken because it is not easy. I know sometimes they yell, throw things, and they loud noise but it is hard to control them. I try to take it day by day.
