Good is ALWAYS the enemy of BEST....remember that!  Do not EVER settle for where you are at now in life.   If you want better than what you have now in life (I mean, if you REALLY want it) you'll realize that wishful thinking doesn't take you anywhere at all.   I'm grateful that I'm not where I use to be, but I will NEVER settle for staying at where I am now in my life.  I will NEVER prove someone's assuptions about me to be right.   They can stay right where they are then in that case.....because the more someone tells me I'll never do something in life, the more I will succeed in surpassing that negativity.  

I will NEVER be a bottom feeder.......it's funny, people who complain about what they do all the time, where they are at in life, how they hate their jobs, or how they have limitations in their life, when you talk to some of those people a few years later, they're still complaining about the VERY same things.....I wonder if secretly, they just might LIKE where they're at in life..............it's probably because they've been bruised, they've been hurt, been made false promises too....or on the otherhand, just simply didn't and don't want to work hard enough to get themselves out of that area in which they complain about.

Whatever the situation, I REFUSE to let ignorance and stupidity keep me where I'm at in life...................the words people may say behind your back....and yes, those very words can come from our loved ones as well.....but don't EVER let that stop you from reaching your goals, I'm not.

  Such negativity and incompetance!  And down right cruel.  How dare someone (you and me both included)  bring someone down with our words, betray those who put their trust in us, who come to us with advice or look to us to learn the very lessons life gives, how dare we betray those who want better for their families, who want better lives, with our cruel words and gossip? 

As for me?  You can gossip about me, assume that I'll never afford things, say I'll never reach my dreams.............go ahead, say it all you want.......what your opinion is on my life will NEVER affect the outcome...........  I'll just prove you wrong.......but don't worry, I'll either see you AT the top or FROM the top.

......... either way, I'm making my way there.   


But don't worry, when I see you stumble, I won't look down on you with ingnorance and pride and complains,  as a matter of fact, I'll help you...........Just like you helped me get to where I'm going........well, maybe not JUST like you helped me..........but yes, I'll help you.

 I won't tell you "I told you so" because I will never do to you what you tried to do to me.......to bring me down, to say I'll only amount to so much, to say that I'm ungrateful and that I should stay where I'm at in my life...............NEVER...........and your words will never hurt me..........ONLY make me stronger.........

All the success in my life, I give thanks and credit to God alone, because He is able to bless me through certain people and aspects in my life.....does that mean I'm not thankful to those people, I am, but I'm thankful to God for those people and situations........But God made me strong, His Word encourages me to press on, to move forward in my life and to never settle for where I'm at now........and I encourage anyone who reads this, to do the same......

Never let someone's words, whether they're said To you or behind you, affect how much success you want in your life........Heed my advice, and you'll be saying what I've said............

Becca, alot of people have been stifled so much by society-what you describe is how they respond. There are, by far, a majority that have been institutionalized in some way or another-the game there is to make a person fit into some means of employment or schooling, or religious life that is going to fund others monetarily-it's all about behavior modification and keeping fat cats fat. You have interesting posts-and your music is something I would like to ask you to post in our group so others can hear it-is that ok? Hope so!
