What's Wrong with this Picture

 and your first 3 guesses don't count LOL!

It's 10am as I type.

Today, thus far, I have:

-fed DD and I breakfast
-gotten her dressed
-cleaned the kitchen (empty dishwasher, reload dishwasher, scrub pots & pans from last night, cleaned counters & stove)
-made a pot of sweet tea
-made 4 trips out to the wood pile to bring in wood
-started the fire place
-started a load of laundry
-checked email, CafeMom, news, blogs, etc.

So where is the hubster?
You got it - still in bed, propped up watching TV.

Of course once DD knew that's what he was doing she promptly crawled in right next to him (fully dressed I might add).

So tell me, what's wrong with this picture???

I was wondering...do you think men behave this way because we don't allow young boys to have "dolls" to learn to nurture them?  Or is it just because we women allow them to be so darned lazy????  What are we doing to our boys to teach them how to be like this???????

Just for S&G - today it's 11am and the hubster is not yet out of bed. He's nicely esconced in pillows and blankets reading.

Meanwhile I have

-emptied the dishwasher
-made a ginger carrot cake (with help from the kiddo)
-swept & vacuumed
-fed the kiddo and supervised the getting dressed/morning hygiene
-cleaned the kiddo's room

Something is seriously wrong here...
