You should be able to get those replaced long before xmas. First go to the DMV with your birth certificate, social security card, and maybe a recent bill. You can explain what happened, and they'll set you up with a new temp ID Right away. Then you can take that right to the bank, and get them to send you a new card. You can also access your money right away.

I know it's frustrating. I've had my social security card lost, bank card lost, and my ID as well. Of course, they ended up showing up AFTER I went and got new ones.
