October 19, 1:05 PMColumbia Conservative ExaminerAnthony G. Martin

As I have warned you repeatedly about this President and the people around him, we are seeing things happening in America that we have never before witnessed.

I even warned you about this man and his minions before the November 2008 election, as I reported in this article (http://www.examiner.com/x-3704-Columbia-Conservative-Examiner~y2009m10d16-Another-reason-for-civil-disobedienceMao-admirer-in-Obama-WH).  Be sure to read all the way to the end.

During the campaign of 2008, Barack Obama and his staff constantly hammered news organizations and reporters that had the audacity to question his political philosophy, his proposals, and his fitness to be President.  Since the vast majority of the state-run media (SRM) had abdicated their journalistic integrity and responsibility to thoroughly vet candidates for office, these skeptical voices in various news outlets were few and far between.

Yet Obama's thin-skin and hyper-sensitivity to criticism of any kind led to unprecedented attacks on these reporters and news outlets.  Threats were made.  And, as we have seen since the election, Obama has placed key personnel in key positions at the FCC, which regulates broadcasting, in order to place severe restrictions on the free speech of commentators on talk radio in particular.

The Obama vendetta on the free speech of a free media has now expressed itself in an open war on Fox News.

Obama-thugs Rahm 'Dead Fish' Emanuel and David Axelrod have stated that Fox News isn't a 'real news organization.  And just how, pray tell, is MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, and CNN 'real news organizations,' given the fact that they have thrown themselves in the tank for Obama and his programs?  There is absolutely, positively no objective news reporting on any of these networks, and that goes for newspapers such as the New York Times and the Washington Post as well.

Yet, with all of this overt support from a previously objective news media, Obama is still obsessed with the fact that Fox News is the only major outlet that will actually ask fair but hard questions of this President, just as CBS News did once upon a time many years ago.

Obama has even instructed his self-admitted admirer of Communist Mao Tse-Tung, White House Communications Director Anita Dunn, to 'monitor Fox News for any anti-Obama reporting.'

Read the full scoop on Anita Dunn's admiration of Communist mass-murderer Mao Tse-Tung here:  http://www.examiner.com/x-3704-Columbia-Conservative-Examiner~y2009m10d16-Another-reason-for-civil-disobedienceMao-admirer-in-Obama-WH.

Thus, we come back to the question of why.  Why would a President declare open war on a news organization?  Is it simply nothing more than the manifestation of Obama's pathological aversion to criticism of any kind?  Or is there something more sinister at work here?

Obviously, Obama sees Fox News (and, by the way, Rush Limbaugh) as a major threat, given their huge popularity.  The ratings for Fox News and Rush Limbaugh have skyrocketed since January.  At the very same time, the ratings for the pro-Obama outets are dropping faster than a lead balloon.

This should speak volumes to observers of politics.  The American people have been gradually waking up to the fact that this 'emperor'--this 'messiah'--has no clothes.  And they want to hear a news organization ask the tough questions rather than watch a nightly cheerleading romp for Obama on CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, and NBC.

But this poses a major problem for the Obama-machine.  This kind of 'threat' has to be silenced.

Where, in history, have we heard this before?

Try Lennin, Stalin, and Trotsky in the old Soviet Union.  Try Chairman Mao in China.  Try Fidel Castro in Cuba.  Try even Adolf Hitler.  And, of course, let's not forget our old buddy down in Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, who has also declared war on news outlets that question his absolute authority.

We can now add Obama to that stellar list of characters.

I think calling Fox a "news network" is an oxymoron. Kinda like jumbo shrimp. What Fox puts out there is in general FAR removed from anything resembling the truth... "Fair but hard questions"?? Yeah, don't think so.

Of course this article (as all of the articles you quote) was written by a right winger who obviously already hates Obama, so everything it says has to be taken with a grain.... no, make that a pound of salt anyway :)

Glenn Beck, Hannity and other have ASKED point blank for them to POINT OUT what they have said that is untrue. The White House, the Libs, can't tell them. Because it IS true what Fox News says and they can't stand it!

Glenn Beck was also just as critical of Bush. He didn't like the patriot Act and that Bush didn't fight for anything, just sort of went with the flow.  But he also won't coddle this President either.

There has been NO untruths on Fox News. JUST the TRUE News.

No Anouck, you keep telling yourself that the other media is being honest with you.   Don't let this Administration and their pet media make a fool of you.  Do your own research if you think Fox is not telling the truth, you will soon find out they are.  Thank goodness for the internet, where you can find this stuff out for yourself.  Just because the mainstream media doesn't report any of the truth that Fox reports, doesn't make it a lie, it has already been proven (see my other post from Anita Dunn) say they control the media.  If you care anythign about this country, listen.... you owe it to yourself and your family.

kwilliams, you're fooling yourself if you think for a MINUTE I would take one report from anywhere and consider it the truth. I DO my own research, trust me. And that research has led me to believe, no....to KNOW that if you want the truth, and not a completely slanted story, you do NOT go to Fox. Ever.

I check my facts before believing any place and so far NOTHING FOX has reported has been WRONG. If it has, please list it here. Most people who say FOX sucks has NEVER watched in the first place. That is like saying you don't like Thai food and it is discusting without even trying it.

WOW! The post is good, and true. Rather FOX News says always the truth or not, I don't know. Media is media: you can't always trust them. But, what I do know, is that there is a lot being hidden from the average american. News like this aren't being shown on any other media channel, and if you don't do any research, you'll never know about any of this hidden stuff. Government wants to control everyone, point blank. What don't you get? Obama is a part of their plan, he's doing what they want him to be doing; and if it werent Obama it would be someone else. It doesn't matter who it is. They have a plan and they intend to get on with it. They don't care about you, or me, or anyone but themselves. But the thing of it all is, this is all spiritual related. If you don't have a spiritual understanding of what is really going on you're more likely to not understand it anyway. Get the book, THE book, that's right, the Bible, the one you don't feel like reading because you don't know even how to, and just read it. Find the truth. Find the Almighty God, through Jesus, the Christ. Learn a little something before opening your big mouth and calling everyone a right wing extremist or a Obama hater. Then get back to us. May God Bless you and open your eyes, and clean your ears and so forth. May He reveal it all to you. Amen.

Haha, I read the bible, I was raised Catholic, VERY Catholic even. Until I developed a mind of my own instead of blindly following what some priest told me to do.

And seriously, anybody who considers FOX actual news should have their head examined. It's like the National Enquirer of tv-land. I could give you TONS of examples, but why don't you just google "Fox lies" and read any of the thousands of articles that pop up?
