So nervous (need support and words of encouragement, please!!)

I'm so nervous.  I dont know why... well, I think I know why, but its still a stupid reason.  First, the reason - I have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress related panic attacks brought on by a fear of authority figures.  This goes beyond breaking into a sweat when a cop pulls me over... its so bad that when I was in middle school I was too terrified to raise my hand in class to ask to use the restroom.  Yeah, its that bad.  Authority figures dont bother me too much anymore, unless I feel like they would look down on me for some reason. 

Like today.  See, Friday when I picked up my paycheck I noticed that I was short by 12 hours.  Even at $7.55/hour its still a lot of money to a low-income family with 3 kids.  I wanted to be absolutely sure that it was wrong before I said anything to my manager (want to be certain they cant prove me wrong)... so I got copies of the checks and copies of my schedule from that pay period... and I'm right.  I have been shorted by 12 hours.  I NEED to get this straightened out, we need the money... but I cant bring myself to talk to her about it.  How do I do this?  Do I just walk into her office and say "Hey, I need to talk to you about my paycheck that I got on Friday..."?  Just thinking about it is making me sick to my stomach and my heart is going 95 miles per hour...

Just some support would be nice, ladies... I could really use some encouragement right now... (I need to do this before I get off in 1 1/2 hours)

GIRL YOU BETTER GO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Yeah, just say hey I think my pay chk alittle short by 12 hrs. Can we check this together. 

If not that is 12 hrs away from your kids, food, etc that you just  wasted for free.......take a deep breathe, or go get some ST. JOHN'S WORT (herbal suppliment) for anxiety/relax. IT WILL NOT MAKE YOU freaky or nothing just calm ya down alittle.  take care.
