Has any one ever put a  peroxide solution in their ear?
because they felt their ear was clogged, and has gotten results?

If so what does this solution consist of?

Sure...just water and peroxide you can use alcohol and water too...equal parts (we use slightly warm water). Works best if you lay your head on the bed...then after a second or two flip your head over to the other side.

Before you try that...first try leaning your head back and pinching your nose closed and "popping" your eyes.

  • Step 1: Pinch your nostrils shut.
  • Step 2: Take a mouthful of air.
  • Step 3: Using your cheek and throat muscles, force the air into the back of your nose as if you were trying to blow your thumb and fingers off your nostrils.
  • Blueb...

Thanks Lb1, I will try that. I thought perhaps i needed to go to the emergency room , due to the discomfort, (its not painful just uncomfortable.) but come to think of it I really don't want to be
sitting up in an uncomfortable emergency room.

If you are having any pain...you should get it checked...it could be an infection in need of antibiotics. If it's not infected -- but, bothering you -- you could ask the Doc for some numbing drops -- they will help to ease the discomfort. Good Luck!!

Im a medical assistant and we do this to patients in the office all the time warm water some peroxide and water, irrigate the ear with a syringe or a water pik machine the pressure of the water will help get all that out faster than using the syringe. Good luck!
