Ever since I find out I'm preggo I've been having horrible nausea! I have tried all the traditional methods ginger ale, crackers, dry toast etc, and I can not get rid of this nausea! I have a ton of things to do and I can't get them done because this nausea is killing me lol. I don't know what to do, and I'm desparate for relief asap. I'm pretty open to trying new things, and new remedies. I know that I came to the right place for some advice :-)

Thanks,

Jus Nikki <3

Sea Bands. You can get them at the Wal-mart pharmacy.. just ask the pharmacist. They work GREAT with no medications. :)

Try a teaspoon, maybe even a tablespoon of peanut butter, straight,no bread,no crackers, just let it hit your stomach all by itself. This worked for me and was a tip given to me by my natural childbirth instructor. Also, eating a few crackers before rising works better than after you're upright.Keep a couple on your nightstand and munch a few as soon as you awake but before you sit up.Good luck, and if it makes you feel better, women who are very nauseated have the healthiest babies.
