I thought I'd learn to crochet. I did a search for instructions for how to crochet a cap. Lol, boy was I surprised. The instructions were like a foreign language to me.
People who can crochet make it look so easy. But reading those patterns? I guess it takes time and patience.
There are some lovely ladies who have agreed to crochet my MIL chemo caps. This makes me feel better, just knowing I got someone to send something she would be able to use and will need soon. Her first chemo treatment was this week. The doctors wanted to give her the worst first. I don't know what that means, but it can't be fun.
God bless all you ladies who crochet cancer caps and pillows for people going through chemo. Maybe I'll be able to teach myself if I get a "Crochet for Dummies" book.
