I went reluctantly today because I've been going past couple of days and collected next to nothing. I went anyway and I'm glad I did because it was a very good day. I collected a lot of nice pieces that I can't wait to turn into jewelry.

It took me about 2 hrs. to collect this. I don't use a scoop. I wait until the white wash from the waves roll out and the rocks are exposed then I look for glass and sometimes I have to dodge quick to get it but it's worth it. A lot of times my shins and feet get hit from the bigger rocks and it hurts like wow! I limp for a little while but then when I see the glass I get all excited and the pain goes away!

See my yellow one? It's sometimes hard to tell. I thought the one on the left was also yellow but now I look at it and it looks more like a light light brown.
At any rate I now have enough to make a pair of yellow earrings.

One pair of forest green earrings coming up!

I can't wait to make a pendant out of this piece of aquamarine blue beach sea glass.

These puka shells will be added to the collection I have to make my son a necklace.
A few I'll use to make jewelry with beach sea glass.

And since cobalt blue and periwinkle are not an easy find I decided to take a close-up of my find.
Today was a good day!
