I had heart pain earlier this week. The paramedics were called to my job. They took my vitals, and ran a portable EKG on me, and all results came back normal. I went to the hospital Thursday, as I was still having residual pains, although, with the heart it's better to check, right? So, I did. They ran the blood enzyme check, another EKG, and other lab work, and, no heart attack, no evidence that I've ever had a heart attack. No diabetes. No high blood pressure, not even on the day of the initial pain. Normal heart rate. So, the Dr. asks if I've done anything strenuous in the past week. Well, I moved 12 boxes in and out of the storage shed at work, and then moved about 5 back into it later that night. Hello, we have a winner. I told the Dr. that I've done more than that before and never had any problems. He told me that even though I wasn't technically old, I was older, and it can effect people at different times in different ways. So, I am not young any more.
