They know, they just can't fix it! Have you looked at some of the choices for replacing cafemom? caveman is one of them.Umm NOOO!

Your milkshake sounds great. If you are worried about your diet, then you just stick to your milk. =D

umm YUM!!! This is off topic of milkshakes but down the street from me they turn the neighborhood market into some Mexican grocery store and man their popsicles ROCK! Its like they took yummy ice cream and just smushed into a big thick popsicle, these things are HUGE and my fave is the coffee one MMMM MMMM! By the way, when I need one or two things grocery wise it takes me FOREVER now because 90% of the stuff in that store is in spanish LOL
