Recall to repair backyard swing sets by Adventure Playland because of fall hazard.  They were sold at Walmart, Toys R Us, Academy Sports, Menards, and Mill stores nationwide and on Walmart.com, ToysRUs.com, Willygoat.com, and throught the DSMI catalog from January 2004 through December 2007 for between $300 and $600.
