Anyone dealing with Uncooperative People

anyone want to share any stories of how hard and how to deal with people who are trying to make your life hell?  I have a story of this nature.  I have an ex who i have been divorced for almost 12 years now and we share a 12 year old daughter and have been married now to second husband for the last 10 years and we have a 6 year old daughter but have been battling with my first husband over our daughter but the issues never surround our daughter but his desire to hurt me for leaving him all those years ago...  i havve been dealing with this jerk almost everyday since i remarried and am getting tired of having to deal with him and how he continues to hurt our daughter.

if he is deliberately hurting your daughter, if he is trying to alienate her from you and worse. then take him to court to have his visitation cut off. it can be done. cut him from your life as much as possible. you dont need the negatviity

well, you gotta remember, its all one sided. Things are different depending who tells the story...This is probably like most stories out there, they have been to court and the court has decided what is best for the child. I am sure he is paying you child support since you been to court, so he has every right to his child. You dont have the say like this person above to "cut him out" of her life. None, unless you can prove he is an axe murderer or sex offender..lol..which I doubt...
